Individuals and Accessibility
I strive to make coaching accessible to everyone. That’s why I charge special rates for individuals. If you are paying as an individual, we can discuss together what is a feasible rate for both of us.
I believe that personal development should not be a luxury item, but an essential investment in yourself. Therefore, I want to ensure that financial constraints are not a barrier to those seeking growth and change.
Business rate
My fee for an individual session of about 1 hour and 15 minutes is EUR 149,- ex VAT including preparation. If you purchase an immediate course of an intake plus 5 sessions you will receive a 15% discount over the entire course.
Workshop fees vary depending on duration and number of participants. Contact me for a customized quote. As an indication. For a half-day workshop with max 10 participants my rate is EUR 500,- ex VAT.
Compensation through Your Employer
Many people can arrange compensation through their employer, as most organizations have (annual) budgets for sustainable employability, personal development, training or absence prevention. Here’s how to arrange compensation through your employer:
Consult Your HR Manager:
The Human Resources department often has a development or training budget that can be spent on coaching, among other things. Coaching is often reimbursed and even encouraged by HR managers because it is relatively inexpensive and effective. If you haven’t yet applied for a budget, you can schedule a free orientation call. During this meeting we discuss your question and I can make an appropriate offer to your HR manager, which includes the purpose of your development program.
Discuss your options with your supervisor or director:
If the HR manager is not responsible for spending on personal development, you can have the conversation with your supervisor or director. We can first schedule a free orientation meeting with which I can help you with an offer proposal which you can then present to the director or supervisor.
Check Your Collective Bargaining Agreement:
More and more collective bargaining agreements include a development or training budget. This amount is reserved by your employer and can be freely spent on coaching or career counseling. For more information about coaching in your collective bargaining agreement, contact your HR manager or union.
